Sunday: Evening of Departure: Check-in on board
MV Queen Scuba between 14:00-16:00 hours in Bali. We will
show you to your cabin and start to set up equipment. Once
all quests have arrived we will introduce the staff and provide
a boat briefing. Dinner will be served as we cruise into the
sunset on our overnight journey to Moyo Island, north west
Sumbawa.
|
 |
Monday: Your Diving adventure will start with
a beautiful dive in the calm, clear waters of Angel Reef at
Moyo Island. Magnificent elephant ear and barrel sponges,
schools of Jacks, long fin banner fish, red tooth triggers,
frog fish, nudibrancs, eels, surgeon fish, snapper, dog tooth
tuna, just to name a few. A chance to visit the local village,
have some lunch and get ready for dive 2. Next is a spectacular
dive into Panjang Reef – looking for the elusive pygmy seahorse.
After a couple hour cruise to Satonda Island you will have
the chance to see thousands of bats take flight into the sunset
as we prepare for one of the best night dives you have ever
had. After a great dive you will be greeted with a hot towel
on the dive platform and soon after another delicious dinner
as we cruise overnight to Sangeang Island, off the north coats
of Sumbawa.
|
 |
Tuesday: Our next two dives at Sangeang Island
will provide the chance to see underwater hot springs and
the unique and diverse marine life that thrive in the area.
Cruise to Gili Banta for exhilarating dives at Tanduk Rusa
looking for big fish and amazing corals or the sharks and
pelagics at GPS Point. Next we enter the Komodo National Park
for another world class night dive at Gili Darat South Passage
– sleeping turtles, colorful reef stone fish, Spanish dancers
and calm seas - a great place to stay the night and sleep
like a baby.
|
 |
Wednesday: Depending on the tide we will dive
with grey reef shark and dolphin at Taka Toko Gili Lawalaut.
Next is a fast drift with more pelagics and mantas at Lighthouse
Reef or the Old Passage. Then Crystal Rock and a “fish soup”
as many call it, with awesome soft corals, sharks, turtles,
giant Maori wrasse and a high chance of eagle rays too! Then
we cruise south for fascinating night dive at Pink Beach near
the entrance to the Komodo National Park.
|
 |
Thursday: This is a very special morning with
the opportunity to walk with dragons, in the Komodo National
Park. Then relax as we cruise 2 hours south to Horseshoe Bay
Rinja Island. The world famous site of Cannibal Rock is your
next underwater adventure, with rare nudibrancs, frogfish,
stunning corals, sponges, ascidians, huge black coral bushes,
turtles, cuttlefish, and as always loads of reef fish! You
will be amazed as the wildlife passes along the islands with
dragons on the beach, monkey, deer and wild pigs full of activity
along the shore. More time to take a quiet stroll along the
beach. Maybe even a chance to follow whales and dolphin feeding
in the calm bay. Many choices for a beautiful night dive and
overnight stay in this tranquil little piece of paradise.
|
 |
Friday: You awake knowing this could be the
day your dreams come true at Padar Island and Three Sisters
with more sharks, devil rays, nudis, surgeon fish, fish and
more fish..yes! Manta Alley or Takat Makasar follows for the
chance at one of the largest manta ray feeding aggregations
in the world – INCREDIBLE ! Home for large Napolean Wrasse,
turtles and the hunting blue fin trevallies at Batu Bolung
aka “Current City” or maybe a dive at Tatawa Kecil – checking
the currents first to ensure everyone knows what to expect.
Before we say goodbye to Komodo National Park we jump in for
another extraordinary Night dive at Gili Banta with Coral
Cat Shark or the possibility of a after dinner dive along
the way. Sailing overnight to Satonda Island for another unforgettable
day.
|
 |
Saturday: Two incredible dives today at Satonda
and Moyo Islands for more chances at ghost pipe fish, ribbon
eels, turtle, cuttlefish and more before we cruise overnight
to the south of Bali.
|
 |
Sunday: At breakfast you think about the past
week, the diving, the food, the new friends and when you can
come back! Transfers ashore are at 9am to continue your vacation…or
its time
to head home to start planning your next Agent Liveaboard
cruise !
