A member of our team will confirm availability for your trip within 24 hours if you do not hear from us within this time there may have been an communication error so please do resend your information via email to info@agentliveaboard.com Please do not confirm flights and any other holiday arrangements until you have received an email from one of our representatives confirming your trip is available and provisionally reserved for you.

We have a 5 step booking process:

• Step 1 - Check liveaboard, date and guest number availability via this booking request page.
• Step 2 - An Agent Liveaboard team member will confirm your liveaboard availability via email and place your request on hold.
• Step 3 - We will send you a Guest Information booking form, which will need to be returned with your personal data to confirm your trip.
• Step 4 - We will send you an invoice and payment request. Payments are required within 7 days of booking to confirm your trip. We cannot guarantee your booking without payment. Last minute bookings will require immediate online payment.
• Step 5 - Once payment is received we will supply your receipt and confirm any additional details regarding your trips logistics.
