Undersea Hunter - Liveaboard

Built originally as a submarine support vessel the Undersea Hunter has a rich and varied history. Now this liveaboard is based around the waters of Cocos Island enabling people to dive this outstanding area. The Undersea Hunter's claim to fame, to date, was her participation as support vessel for the James Bond movie "License to Kill."
Already a capable and well-proven research vessel the Undersea Hunter was modified to include 7 comfortable cabins which all have en-suite facilities and air conditioning bringing her to a modern day liveaboard.

All technical conveniences can be found on the Undersea Hunter, which has the expected entertainment system, slide projector and on board computer for guest use. With many photographers being drawn to dive Cocos Undersea Hunter has personal camera lockers, which are stabilized, and surge protected.
The main lounge and dining areas are located on the main deck, they make a great area to relax after dinner and enjoy catching up with the days dive stories, viewing the picture of the day or watching a DVD.

On the upper deck there is a sundeck area where you can take in the spellbinding Cocos Island scenery and the tropical sun.
Technical divers are also well catered for on board, the Undersea Hunter is re-breather friendly and the crew understand the needs and requirements. The dive and work deck has a huge amount of space, when the dives are complete this area also doubles as a great BBQ venue.

Agent Liveaboard verdict: A liveaboard with history and character, the Undersea Hunter aims to bring civilized comfort to the delightfully uncivilized gem of Cocos Island.
